By using The Puzzle Trip (thepuzzletrip.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we are

We are a trip-planning and price-comparison tool. We help you find and organize flights, hotels and rental cars, and link you to third-party travel partners to book. We are not a travel agency and we are not a party to any booking you make. The contract for any travel product is solely between you and the partner.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are indicative and sourced from partners; they may change or be unavailable by the time you book. The price, currency, taxes, fees and terms that apply are those shown on the partner's site at the moment of booking. Currency conversions shown here are approximate.

Bookings and payment

All bookings, payments and cancellations happen on the partner's website under the partner's terms. We never collect payment details. The "Booked" toggles in your trip are a personal checklist only — they don't confirm anything with the partner.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for genuine, personal trip planning.
• Don't scrape, overload, or automate searches against the service.
• Don't misuse share links or attempt to access others' data.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, prices, availability or content of partners, or for any loss arising from a booking made with a partner.

Changes
